GameRunner ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application GameRunner (the "App").

The App is operated by KDSoft Solutions, Atzelbergstraße 110, 60389 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data You Provide

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Game information (locations, dates, organizers)
• Player names and optional contact information
• Dealer names and optional contact information
• Financial data (buy-ins, cash-outs, rake, tips)
• Table configurations and game settings

Important: All game data is stored locally on your device and is NOT transmitted to our servers.

2.2 Subscription Data

When you purchase a subscription, the following data is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play):

• Purchase transaction information
• Subscription status and expiration date

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives anonymized subscription data. See their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

2.3 Automatically Collected Data

We do NOT collect:

• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Location data
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Crash reports (unless you explicitly send them)

3. How We Use Your Information

Your locally stored data is used solely to:

• Provide the App's core functionality (game management)
• Calculate financial summaries and statistics
• Enable data backup and restore features

Subscription data is used to:

• Verify your subscription status
• Provide access to premium features

4. Data Storage and Security

All game data is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by iOS and Android. We do not have access to this data.

If you use the backup/export feature, you are responsible for securing the exported file.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Payment Processors: Apple and Google process subscription payments
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription status (anonymized data only)

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data (use the App's export feature)
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data directly in the App
• Erasure: Delete your data by uninstalling the App or using in-app delete functions
• Portability: Export your data using the backup feature
• Objection: Contact us to object to data processing

7. Data Retention

Local data is retained until you delete it or uninstall the App. Subscription records are retained by Apple/Google according to their policies.
